An exciting opportunity exists for either a Licensed Funeral Director or a 2^nd Year Funeral Director Apprentice at our Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre location in Surrey BC.

Overview:

The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of funeral services including scheduling of arrangements, services and visitations. Critical to the success of this operation are flawless execution standards combined with a thorough understanding of our clientele.

• Make funeral arrangements that exceed families expectations

• To identify, implement and continuously improve the internal business practices that impact customer satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Funeral Director in Canada or in your 2^nd year of schooling
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Available to work some evenings & weekends
• Strong computer skills
• A willingness to participate in community organizations
• Superior organizational skills
• Full understanding of all aspects of funeral services and arrangements
• Full commitment to company objectives and policies
• Must be detail oriented and able to meet all deadlines efficiently
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Possess a “team player” attitude and mentality
