Caroline serves as a Director on the BCFA Board of Directors

Caroline Povey is the General Manager of Victory Memorial Park and Funeral Centre with SCI Canada, overseeing both funeral home and cemetery operations. She has over 10 years of experience in funeral services and is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.

Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Caroline is deeply committed to serving her community. She graduated from the funeral service apprenticeship program in 2019 and has progressed through both operational and leadership roles, developing strong expertise in team development, operational excellence, and business performance.

She is passionate about developing team members and strengthening team performance as well as advocating for the funeral profession and highlighting it as a meaningful and rewarding career path.

She also serves as a volunteer board member with Peace Arch Hospice Society, supporting community-based end-of-life care.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with family and friends and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle focused on fitness and wellbeing.
